This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 363 and 366A of the Indian Penal Code.

Though the victim has alleged commission of rape by the petitioner, but, the entire statement of the victim-girl, under Section 164 of the Criminal Procedure Code, reveals that the matter is of love affairs because the victim traveled with the petitioner at different places and both cohibited.

Considering the aforesaid material, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22142 of 2017 (2) dt.09-05-2017 2/2 with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 132 of 2014 to the satisfaction of the Subdivisional Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur, or successor Court.
