The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Kashichak P.S. Case no. 14 of 2017, registered under Section 30(a)(d) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

The accusation is that on receiving secret informant about selling of the illegal country made liquor by the petitioner, the informant and other Police officials reached at the door of the petitioner and on search 5 1⁄2 liters of country made liquor recovered in the corner of the Dalan of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in fact, the alleged recovery has not been made at the residential house of the petitioner. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Nawada in connection with Kashichak P.S. Case No. 14 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
