No. 48618 of 2017 which was dismissed for want of prosecution on 12.12.2017 as on that date, in spite of repeated calls, no one turned up for the petitioners. Perused the ground mentioned in this criminal miscellaneous and also considered the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioners, as he was suffering from cold on 12.12.2017 and he has not come to the Court, resulting no one has turned up and criminal miscellaneous was dismissed for want of prosecution.

Under the circumstances, considering the grounds sufficient and reasonable for not appearing on call on 12.12.2017, Criminal Miscellaneous No. 48618 of 2017 is hereby restored to its original file and number.
