Petitioner is languishing in custody for the offence punishable under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner allegedly assaulted to the sister of the informant for trivial dispute between the neighbours. Since the petitioner is a female and also considering the nature of allegation, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Katihar/Successor Court, in connection with S.T. No.21 of 2017, arising out of Korha P.S.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21432 of 2017 (2) dt.03-05-2017 2/2 Case No.255 of 2016, with condition that petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the Court-below shall be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of the bail-bonds of the petitioner in this case.
