JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 08-12-2023 This is the second attempt of the petitioner for grant of regular bail as earlier the bail application of the petitioner has been rejected vide order dated 01.02.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 42007 of 2022.

2. Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and learned APP appearing on behalf of the State.

3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Morkahi P.S. Case No. 06 of 2020 registered for the offence under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

4. Out of eight prosecution witnesses, five have been examined and this is not a fit case for grant of bail.

5. Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected herewith.
