2. Learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP on behalf of the State submits that both the parties have settled their dispute amicably and prays to this Court to drop the proceeding which has been initiated on the petitioner.
3. Earlier order dated 16.07.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 12480 of 2024 in which it is mentioned that "if petitioner shall not make payment of maintenance and litigation cost to the opposite party no. 2/wife within specified period, the bail bonds of the petitioner shall be canceled by the learned trial Court, itself " but considering the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3181 of 2025(6) dt.18-04-2025 2/2 submissions made by both the parties that dispute has already been settled, the aforesaid order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 12480 of 2024 is modified and trial Court is directed not to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner as petitioner has no liability to pay any kind of maintenance from now.
4. Accordingly, the present application is disposed off.
5. However, opposite party no. 2 is at liberty that if any grievance is left, she may approach to appropriate forum. (Ramesh Chand Malviya, J) Sunnykr/- U
