Date: 12-02-2018 The present writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs:- (i) The letter issued by the Regional Manager, Agricultural Insurance Company of India Limited, contained in their Ref. No. NA:RA-09-10:CLMS :94:2014 DATED 28th May, 2014 by which the Agricultural insurance claim of the petitioners through Rulahi PACCS & PARSA PACCS Centre Potato and Onion crops amounting to Rs. 2,86,79,622.52 was repudiated.

(ii) The Agricultural Insurance Company of India Limited be directed to pay insurance claims of the petitioners with respect to Potato and Onion crops for the year 2009-2010 at once with interest cost and damages. (iii) The letter no. 383 dated 17.11.2013 issued by the District Co-operative Officer relating to the petitioner (if at all) be also quashed.

(iv) Any other relief or reliefs also be granted as to this Hon'ble Court deem fit and proper.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners Mr. Ramchandra Sahni, on instruction seeks permission to withdraw this application.

3. Learned counsel for the State as well as learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent nos. 10 and 11 has expressed no objection to the prayer for withdrawal.

4. The writ petition stands dismissed.
