Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in P.S. Case no. for the offences registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 384 and 386 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that due to land dispute petitioners along with other accused persons fired shots and exploded bombs upon the informant and his family.

It has been contended on behalf of the petitioners that they have got no criminal antecedent. There is no specific allegation against the petitioners. General and omnibus allegation is there against them. It is further submitted that some of the

No.22435 of 2017 (2) dt.31-05-2017 2/2 accused persons having similar allegation have already been granted anticipatory bail by different Benches of this Court vide orders dated 27.3.2017 and 21.12.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 10923 of 2017 and Cr. Misc. no. 52690 of 2016. Considering the facts and circumstances of the present case, let petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-2, Purnea, in Baisi P.S. Case no. 103 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
