2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Khagaria P.S. Case No. 1142 of 2022 registered for the offences punishable under Sections-341, 324, 323, 307, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Allegedly, the accused persons having entered into house of the informant started abusing the informant and on protest, they assaulted the informant as a result of which, th informant sustained bleeding injury. Mangalsutra and ear ring

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.73332 of 2023(2) dt.09-11-2023 2/2 of informant's Bhabhi was also snatched away.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in the present case. Both parties are agnates and the injuries are simple in nature. The petitioners are persons of clean antecedent.

5. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender, within four weeks from today, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Khagaria P.S. Case No. 1142 of 2022/, subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
