JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 23-04-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1.(A) A Certiorary for setting-aside the Order / Letter dated 02.09.2022 (Annexure14) passed by the District Welfare Officer, Darbhanga (Respondent No. 7) whereby the petitioner has been removed from the service (B) A Mandamus commanding the Respondents to re-instate the petitioner in

Patna High Court CWJC No.17865 of 2022(2) dt.23-04-2024 2/2 service with all consequential benefit.

(C) A Mandamus commanding the Respondents to pay the arrears of salary from September 2021 to till date."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent-authorities for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
