Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered under Sections 120(B), 121 of the Indian Penal Code & 25(1B)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act 17 of C.L.A. Act and 10, 11, 13 of U.A.P.A. Act.

Informant is the police officer, who has alleged in his written complaint that he received a confidential information that extremists are assembling at a brick kiln to demand levy from the owner of the brick kiln and as he reached said place miscreants assembled there started fleeing and three were apprehended and one of the apprehended accused disclosed the name of petitioner who fled away.

No.69148 of 2019(2) dt.18-12-2019 2/2 It has been submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case and except said statement of co-accused there is no incriminating material against him. Nothing has been recovered from his possession. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of anticipatory bail is allowed and petitioner named above in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, Petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court below, in connection with Pakridayal P.S. Case No. 43 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
