Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State.

The petitioners are apprehending arrest in connection with Yogapatti (Sanichari) P.S. Case No. 238 of 2017 registered for the offences under Sections 341, 323,325,308, 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that on account of land dispute altercation took place in which both sides received simple injuries and the informant as well as the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13839 of 2018(2) dt.06-04-2018 2/2 petitioners have filed criminal cases. The petitioners were granted the privilege of Section 41A Cr.P.C. during the course of investigation.

In view of the above, let the petitioners, above named, be enlarged on bail, in the event of arrest/surrender within four weeks from today on furnishing bail bound of Rs 10,000(Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah in connection with Yogapatti (Sanichari) P.S. Case No 238 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
