1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.For issuance of writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents to issue gate pass for the petitioner's vehicle bearing registration No. BR09GB-4364 filled with petrol and diesel with 4 KL capacity for entering into the premises (campus) of Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL), Barauni Refinery for the purpose of delivery to many companies carrying out work of IOCL inside the premises. Petitioner has a valid license in Form XIX from Petroleum & Explosive Safety Organization (referred as "PESO")."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to file a fresh petition, before the respondent no.2, i.e. the Deputy General Manager, Materials Indian Oil Corporation Ltd., Barauni Refinery, Barauni, District- Begusarai, for redressal of the aforesaid grievances.
3. It is needless to state that in case appropriate petition is filed before the respondent no.2, within a period of four weeks from today, the respondent no.2, shall consider the same and pass a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks, thereafter.
4. The present writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
