18-04-2024 The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for offence under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

2. As per F.I.R., 15 liters of country-made liquor has been recovered from the house of this petitioner. From perusal of paragraph - 75 of the case diary, it appears that besides present case, the petitioner is accused in three more cases of similar nature.

3. Considering the fact that alleged liquor has been recovered from the house of petitioner and petitioner has got three criminal antecedent of similar nature, his prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
