JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 20-02-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Triveniganj P.S. Case No. 214 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the first information report. He has been implicated in this case on the statement of Arun Yadav. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner. The alleged recovery has been made from co-accused Arun Yadav with whom petitioner has no concern. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period
