This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Manjhagarh P.S. Case No.95 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 498-A, 489-B, 489-C and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

There is recovery of fake currency of more than one lakh from the petitioner. He is in custody since 30.03.2024.

Considering the recovery of fake currency from the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant the petitioner privilege of regular bail. Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed.
