Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Harsidhi P.S. Case No. 425 of 2016 registered under Sections- 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is case and counter case. Injuries sustained have been found to be simple in nature. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 20.03.2016. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
