2. The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in Buxar (Town) P.S. Case No. 695 of 2023 registered under Sections 435, 436, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per allegation, the petitioner and his wife committed arson in godowan of the informant. The informant suffered a loss of Rs. 3 lakhs..
4. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is a lady. She has got no criminal antecedent. After investigation, she was exonerated by the investigating authorities and final form was submitted against her.
5. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Buxar (Town) P.S.
