In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with C.R. Case No.1202(C.I.S.) of 2015/1212 of 2015 (C.R.), registered for the offence punishable under Sections 143, 141, 323, 379 and 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was granted bail by the Court below, but he could not surrender in time, he made a prayer for extension of time, which was also granted, but even then he could not surrender during the extended period.

Intauab, be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M., Madhubani, in connection with C.R. Case No.1202(C.I.S.) of 2015/1212 of 2015 (C.R.), subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
