The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Dhansoin P.S. Case No. 98 of 2023 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that one motorcycle was recovered from the house of co-accused.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that nothing was recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and petitioner is in judicial custody since 12.07.2023. and petitioner has got clean antecedent as stated in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.73227 of 2023(2) dt.22-11-2023 2/2 para-3 of the petition.

Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Buxar in connection with Dhansoi P.S.
