Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 399, 402 and 400 of the Indian Penal Code nd Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case merely on suspicion. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner and it is a case of false implication. Petitioner is in custody since 29.04.2019.
