2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Katihar Nagar P.S. Case No. 93 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 323, 341, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation, the informant got an information that his son was lying unconscious. The informant rushed there and with the help of local people, he admitted his son to Sadar Hospital, Katihar. When his son regained consciousness, he told that the petitioner and co-accused Pukuwa have assaulted him with iron rod on his head.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is a person of clean antecedent and has falsely been

The FIR shows itself that there was previous enmity between the parties and the injured himself was a veteran criminal. Someone would have assaulted him and the petitioner's name has figured in this case due to previous enmity.

5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Katihar in connection with Katihar Nagar P.S. Case No. 93 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
