The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Dhaka P.S. Case No. 387 of 2017 registered under Section 7 of the Essential Commodities Act.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case due to village politics. The matter relates to section 7 of the Essential Commodities Act. Further submission is that confiscated grain has not been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8187 of 2018 (2) dt.19-02-2018 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M., Sikrahana (Dhaka), East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Dhaka P.S. Case No. 387 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
