3. The Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Patna City was directed to personally appear and explain but he has not been able to appear as his father has passed away.

4. It has been submitted on behalf of the SubDivisional Magistrate, Patna City that the proceeding in question shall be disposed of by the concerned Executive Magistrate within 15 days from today.
