2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 103(1) / 3(5) of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per F.I.R., allegation against petitioner is that he along with other co-accused persons killed the son of informant by hanging him with fan.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is owner of the Fast Food Shop, where deceased was working for the last five years. As a matter of fact, the deceased committed suicide, which is apparent from the post-mortem report, as there is no external injury on the body of the deceased, except for ligature mark and blackening. Similarly situated coaccused Santosh Kumar has already been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court, vide order dated 17.10.2025
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.69957 of 2025(2) dt.12-11-2025 2/2 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 56640 of 2025. Petitioner is in custody since 31.03.2025.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail of petitioner.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Lakho P.S. Case No. 58 of 2025.
