JUSTICE PURNENDU SINGH ORAL ORDER 31-10-2025 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present bail application with liberty to avail appropriate remedy. He further submits that in spite of specific order passed in Maintenance Case No. 100 of 2023, the opposite party no.2 is not abiding by the terms and conditions laid down in the said order dated 09.10.2023.

2. In view of the aforesaid submission made on behalf of the petitioner, the present application stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail appropriate remedy in accordance with law.
