2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Imamganj P.S. Case No. 89 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 103 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, all the accused persons including the petitioner are said to have assaulted the victim.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a woman and there is general and omnibus allegation against her. She is in custody since 15.04.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the general and omnibus allegation

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.70034 of 2025(2) dt.08-10-2025 2/2 against the petitioner who is a woman, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Sherghati, Gaya/concerned Court below in connection with Imamganj P.S. Case No. 89 of 2025.
