2. The Treasury Officer, who is present in the Court in person, informs that the grievance(s) of the petitioner has been

Patna High Court MJC No.3040 of 2023(8) dt.14-02-2025 2/2 redressed and amount of Rs.2,96,712/- has been credited into his account no.2321000100458457, however, he admits that interest has not been calculated on the said amount. In open Court he informs that the same will be calculated at the applicable rate and it will immediately be credited into the account of the petitioner.

3. Considering the aforesaid information, it is expected from the Treasury Officer, Jehanabad, before whom this order is being passed in the open Court, that he will abide by his stand, so that, the petitioner may not further be harassed, in any manner.

4. The personal appearance of the Treasury Officer, Jehanabad is dispensed with.

5. Accordingly, the present contempt petition stands disposed of.
