2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kiul P.S. Case No. 27/2021 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/ 120B/ 34 of I.P.C. and Section 27 of Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner is accused of murdering the informant's brother.

4. Learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in the case. It is next submitted that though the petitioner is in custody since 21.03.2021 but the charge has not been framed till date. Learned

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.70983 of 2025(4) dt.19-12-2025 2/2 Senior Counsel further submits that he has 12 criminal antecedents in which he is on bail. The petitioner undertakes to co-operate in the case/ trial.

5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner on the ground that he has committed murder of the informant's brother.

6. Considering the gravity of the offence and the allegations levelled against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, this application stands dismissed with liberty that, if the trial is delayed by the prosecution, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail.
