The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Jiradei P.S. Case No. 96 of 2019, registered for offence punishable under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner but from the backseat of the motorcycle, which does not belong to the petitioner. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 13.09.2019. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case
