This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code. From in-front of the house of this petitioner stolen four wheeler was recovered.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner had no knowledge of the said vehicle as the same was parked on a public place nor the petitioner has got any criminal antecedent.

Considering the substance in the submission, aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Motipur P.S. Case No. 54 of 2017 to the satisfaction of the Subdivisional Judicial Magistrate, West, Muzaffarpur, or successor Court, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
