The petitioner is in custody since 02.09.2019 in connction with Siwan Muffasil (Mahadeva O.P.) P.S. Case No. 234 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Considering the fact that there is no recovery from the conscious possession of the petitioner rather the same has been recovered from the hut, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge - II-cum-Special Judge Excise, Siwan in connection with Siwan Muffasil
