2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Yadopur P.S. Case No. 01 of 2025 registered for the offence under Section(s) 103(1) & 238/3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner is in custody since 11.07.2025. He further submits that the co-accused Harishchandra Yadav has confessed his guilt that he has killed the deceased.
4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
5. From the confessional statement of the father of the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.70037 of 2025(2) dt.08-10-2025 2/2 deceased girl Harishchandra Yadav, it appears that the petitioner had helped the accused persons in disposal of the dead body of the deceased.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.
7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj/concerned Court below in connection with Yadopur P.S. Case No. 01 of 2025.
