JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 05-11-2019 After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to file an appeal under Section 11 of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956 against the final order dated 12.07.2019 passed by the Circle Officer, Nagar Gaya, District- Gaya under Section 6(1) of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956.

Permission so sought, is granted.

It is further directed that till a period of four weeks from today, status quo, existing as on today, shall be maintained in order to enable the petitioner to file appropriate appeal and seek interim orders.
