The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Jamhore P.S. Case No. 14 of 2017 registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 379, 411,120B of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners, who happened to be the owner of the trucks, have falsely been implicated in this case. They are not named in the F.I.R. On perusal of Annexure nos. 2 and 3, it appears that they have valid documents in support of their bona fide of the trucks.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25467 of 2017 (2) dt.06-07-2017 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Aurangabad in connection with Jamahore P.S. Case No. 14 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Arvind Srivastava, J) Shailendra/- U T
