The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Digha P.S. Case No. 283 of 2017 registered under Sections 144, 145, 146, 147, 148, 149, 114, 115, 323, 307, 333, 332, 336, 337, 338, 427, 353, 447, 448 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that on perusal of Annexure-2, it appears that similarly situated co-accused persons have already been allowed bail by a Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 51863 of 2017 on 10.11.2017.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8183 of 2018 (2) dt.19-02-2018 2/2 case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M., Patna in connection with Digha P.S. Case No. 283 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
