1. Heard learned counsels for the parties.

2. This application has been filed for restoration of Cr. Misc. No. 12488 of 2023, which stood dismissed vide order dated 26.06.2023 due to non-prosecution, as no one appeared on behalf of the petitioner.

3. No specific reasons have been assigned as to why the petitioner could not make himself available on two consecutive dates i.e. on 19.06.2023 and 26.06.2023.

4. In view of the above, this restoration application is dismissed.
