The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 19.09.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 46035 of 2017 by which the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 59/2017, pending in the court of learned C.J.M. Bhojpur at Ara. The petitioner was directed to surrender in the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of order dated 19.09.2017 and furnish bail bond. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to some unavoidable reason, the petitioner could not surrender in the court below in time and furnish bail bond. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for further six weeks' time so that the petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15604 of 2018 (2) dt.22-03-2018 2/2 could surrender in the court below and furnish bail bond. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, six weeks' further time is granted to the petitioner to surrender and furnish bail bond in the court below.

The order dated 19.09.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 46035 of 2017 is modified to the extent as indicated above. The modification application is allowed.
