The petitioner is in custody since 08.06.2019 in connection with Riga P.S. Case No. 96 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 394/307/302 of the IPC and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the name of the petitioner surfaced on the basis of the confessional statement made before the police and there was no recovery from the possession. It is also submitted that, till date, no T.I. Parade has been conducted and the petitioner is languishing in jail and has no criminal antecedents.

In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named be released on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.65210 of 2019(2) dt.24-10-2019 2/2 bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Pupri (Sitamarhi), in connection with Riga P.S. Case No. 96 of 2019.
