Patna High Court LPA No.873 of 2017 (7) dt.30-04-2018 2/2 to the new Chairman of Bihar State Pollution Control Board to pass a fresh order in accordance with law after hearing the parties. The private respondent is directed to appear before the new Chairman with a copy of this order on 7th May, 2018 on which date the Chairman will be free to fix a date of final adjudication in accordance with law. The private respondent will be at liberty to raise all the law points, which are available to him at the time of final adjudication of the matter. Appeal stands disposed off.
