2. Writ petition has been filed for following reliefs:- (i) For quashing the order contained in Memo No. 107 dated 03.09.2024 passed in Appeal No. 42 of 2023 by the Secretary, Appellate Tribunal, Jamui, whereby and where under the appeal preferred by the petitioner against the order dated 10.11.2023 has been dismissed.

Patna High Court CWJC No.16331 of 2024(2) dt.29-10-2024 2/2 (ii) For quashing the order contained in Memo No. 1018 dated 10.11.2023 issued under the signature of Executive officer, Nagar Parishad, Jhajha under the decision of Education Committee dated 18.10.2023, whereby and where under it has been directed to stop four (4) increments with cumulative effect to the petitioner and transfer him from +2 Mahathma Gandhi Smarak High School, Jhajha to +2 Anugrah High School, Jhajha by way of punishment without considering the show cause filed by the petitioner in whimsical manner.

(iii) Petitioner further prays for direction to the Respondents to make payment of full salary to the petitioner for suspension period with effect from. 23.06.2023 to 10.11.2023. (iv) Respondents be directed to make full payment of salary as well as arrears of salary to the petitioner after quashing the aforesaid order dated 10.11.2023.

3. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be filing an application before the appropriate authority for redressal of his grievance.

4. In view of the nature of prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition stands disposed of with the liberty to the petitioner to file application before the appropriate authority, if so advised.
