JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 18-11-2019 This public interest litigation has been filed for the following relief/s as stipulated in paragraph-1 of the writ application:

"1. That this public interest litigation is being filed for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus for direction to respondents for

Patna High Court CWJC No.21752 of 2019(2) dt.18-11-2019 2/3 considering the case of the petitioner by providing the rasta/road in southern side of Railway line ROB to Eastern side towards Railway Station about 1000 ft. length of 18 ft.

rasta otherwise local public of the village Adarsh Nagar, Sitarampur, Rajgangapur, Bishaouni, Pithdouri, and Shivnandanpur and further issue direction to respondent to restrain for construction for constructing boundary wall on the ground the local public shall be suffered from go out and coming to his village and further issue direction to the respondent to provide a rasta/road for the villagers who are residing in the southern and western side of Sultanganj Railway Station and further issue direction to the respondents to consider the application of the petitioner and further give other legal consequential benefit to the petitioner."

Considering the nature of grievance raised in the application, we are of the considered view that it would be appropriate if the petitioners were to first approach the respondent authorities by way of filing representation.

Patna High Court CWJC No.21752 of 2019(2) dt.18-11-2019 3/3 representation before the appropriate authority within a period of four weeks. If such a representation is filed by the petitioner within the time stipulated, the authorities are directed to consider the same and dispose it of expeditiously and preferably within a period of three months thereafter.

With the aforesaid observations, this application is disposed of.
