JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 01-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with a case registered under Section 307 and other minor Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation in brief is that some miscreants were creating nuisance at the mosque, the police reached there. It is alleged that after brick batting on the police party, police opened firing and two miscreants were apprehended at the spot, namely, Rana Kumar and Ratnesh Kumar and they disclosed the name of the petitioner.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner's name was disclosed by apprehended person due to enmity. There is no specific allegation against him

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28904 of 2017 (2) dt.01-07-2017 2/2 and he has got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the petitioner, namely, Manoranjan Jha @ Manoranjan Kumar Jha be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hazipur (Vaishali) in connection with Hajipur Town P.S. Case No.256 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
