Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Lutua P.S. Case No. 14 of 2016 registered under Sections- 457, 380 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 12.06.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 26462 of 2017. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 24.01.2017.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand)
