JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 08-06-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Mohiuddin Nagar P.S. Case No. 35 of 2017 registered under Sections 448, 341, 323, 324, 326, 307 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that there is case and counter case in between the parties. Further submission is that similarly situated coaccused namely, Kanj Kumar Singh has already been allowed bail by a Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 20228 of 2017 on 05.06.2017.
