Petitioner seeks regular bail in Govindpur P.S. Case No. 21/2017 registered for the alleged offences under Sections 30 (a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. As per the prosecution case, 1000 pouch of 200 ml in three bags country made liquor is said to have been recovered and seized from a Bolero vehicle. The petitioner and another accused persons were apprehended.

It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner is neither driver nor owner of the said vehicle. He was standing on the roadside to pick up a bus and only on suspicion the police had arrested him. The seizer list does not bear

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation as made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000.00 (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M. Nawada in Govindpur P.S. Case No. 21/2017.
