Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Dhaka PS.Case No.210/19 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 326, 307, 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per FIR, petitioners are said to have thrashed the deceased on the ground and there is allegation against other accused persons of stabbing the deceased.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that they are ladies and there is no allegation of assault against them.
Heard learned A.P.P. also.

No.64749 of 2019(2) dt.16-10-2019 2/2 Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SDJM, Sikrahana at Dhaka, District East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Dhaka P.S.Case No.210 of 2019 subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
