The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Bakhri P.S.Case No. 302 of 2017 registered under Sections 409, 420 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the allegation that without any technical and administrative sanction the petitioner in conspiracy with two other accused persons withdrew Rs.8,15,000/- in the name of installation of hand pump and on physical verification it was found that no hand pump has been installed, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. Accordingly, the application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected.
