Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mahishi P.S. Case No. 49 of 2017 registered under Sections420, 406, 409, 120B of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the alleged overt act as has been levelled in the first information report and the materials which have come in the case diary has been done by the Cashier and not this petitioner. Petitioner is alleged to have tried to save the real accused. No irregularity was found during his service. He has no criminal antecedent. No.26819 of 2017 (2) dt.17-07-2017 2/2 surrender within a period of four weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in connection with Mahishi P.S. Case No. 49 of 2017 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
