JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 19-11-2019 Petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Pakaridyal P.S. Case No. 149 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 409 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier anticipatory bail application of the petitioners was disposed of by the then co-ordinate Bench of this Court by order dated 4.12.2018 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 71810 of 2018 with observation that petitioners to appear before the court below and pray for regular bail.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that now petitioners are ready to deposit the amount which is

Heard learned APP also.

In view of above facts and circumstances, I do not find any reason to entertain this application. However, if petitioners surrender and ready to deposit the due amount in a reasonable period, learned court below shall consider the above aspect of the matter while considering bail application of the petitioners.
